Gas work is the part of plumbing where the licence actually matters, and it is the least appropriate place in a house for a good-enough job. Every line we run is sized for the appliance load, pressure-tested, permitted and inspected. If you smell gas right now, leave the house first and call us from outside.

- Line resizing when a tankless heater outgrows the existing pipe
- Leak location and repair, with a pressure test before we sign off

- The meter and everything upstream of it — that belongs to the utility
- Appliance repair beyond the connection
- Propane tank installation, though we will connect to one

Gas Lines — questions we hear
I can smell gas. What now?
Get everyone out of the house first. Do not flip switches or use the garage door. From outside, call the gas utility's emergency line, then call us. We will not ask you to wait indoors for anything.
Do I need a permit for a grill line?
Yes, in both counties. It also means someone independent verifies the pressure test, which is the entire point of the permit and the reason we do not offer to skip it.
Why does a tankless heater need a bigger gas line?
A tank heats slowly and draws modestly; a tankless heats on demand and draws several times that at peak. Running one on an undersized line starves it, and the symptom people report is lukewarm water they blame on the unit.
