Privacy policy and SMS terms

What we collect

When you submit the quote form we collect your name, phone number, optional email address, the service you selected, how urgent it is, and any notes you write. We collect it to contact you about the work you asked about. That is the whole purpose.

SMS consent

There are two separate consent checkboxes on our form and they do different things.

Non-marketing messages. Ticking the first box consents to text messages about appointment scheduling, service reminders and quote follow-ups. This one is required, because we cannot coordinate a visit with someone we are not allowed to text.

Marketing messages. The second box is optional and always will be. It covers promotional messages, offers and discounts. You can request a quote, book work and be a customer indefinitely without ever ticking it, and we do not treat the two differently in any other way.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of either category at any time, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of marketing messages does not opt you out of messages about a job you have booked.

Who we share it with

Your details go into our own scheduling system and to the staff who need them to do the work. We do not sell contact information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not become jobs are deleted after two years. Records of completed work are kept longer, because warranty claims and permit records require it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling (704) 555-0186. If you ask us to delete records tied to warranted work we will explain what we are legally required to keep and for how long.

Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets first-party cookies that hold a random identifier, and it records the pages you view, roughly where you are (country, region, and city, worked out from your IP address, which Google uses for that lookup and does not store or pass on to us), and whether you tapped a call or text link or sent a request through the form. We see totals and trends, never a named individual. We do not run advertising pixels, we do not sell or share this data for advertising, and nothing you type into the form is sent to Google.

You can opt out for every site you visit with Google's browser add-on, or block analytics with your browser's tracking protection or any content blocker. Nothing on this site stops working if you do. Fonts are served from this site's own domain, so no third party sees your visit to load them.
