Eight services, all done by licensed plumbers on our own payroll — we do not subcontract residential work. Each one is priced flat-rate and quoted in writing before it starts.

Water Heater Repair & Installation

Tank and tankless. Honest advice on repair versus replace, and the permit handled for you.

Drain Cleaning

Cleared with a camera down the line first, so we fix the cause rather than the symptom.

Leak Detection

Acoustic and thermal location for slab, wall and yard leaks — found before anything gets cut open.

Emergency Plumbing

A person answers at 2am, and the after-hours rate is the same as the Tuesday rate.

Sewer Line Repair & Replacement

Camera-diagnosed, with trenchless options where the yard makes digging a bad idea.

Whole-House Repiping

Galvanised and polybutylene replaced with PEX or copper, room by room, with the house still livable.

Gas Line Installation & Repair

New runs for ranges, dryers, grills and generators — permitted and pressure-tested, every time.

Water Softeners & Filtration

Tested first. Half the houses we test do not need the system somebody tried to sell them.

What we stand behind

One year on workmanship

Every repair we make is warranted for a full year. If the thing we fixed fails again in that window, we come back and there is no second invoice.

Manufacturer warranty on installs

New water heaters, softeners and fixtures carry the manufacturer's warranty, and we register it for you. Our labour guarantee sits on top of it.

The quoted number is the number

If the job takes longer than we estimated, that is our misjudgement and our cost. The only time a price changes is if you approve additional work in writing.

We leave it clean

Shoe covers, drop cloths, and the space cleaner than we found it. If we cut drywall, we cut it straight and patch it ready for paint.
